How does one measure the outcomes for Oral communication across the curriculum with consistency? If students just talk is that enough?

This session will focus on some tools, rubrics and criteria in which students can be evaluated and measured as to oral communication competencies in any subject or discipline. We will also discuss possible assessment tools that could useful for most general education classes.
