Presentation will cover aligning assessment with learning objectives, using study guides, and making assessment part of the learning experience. We will talk about the advantages and disadvantages of different kinds of online assessments, and how to maximize the accuracy of assessment in an online, at home environment. Finally, grading and the use of rubrics will be discussed as well as the use of assessment results to strengthen long term learning in the online environment.
