Data Recording and Storage

-       Data will be entered into a new database/spreadsheet the department is currently developing with Lynn Watson.

-       Hard copies of data will continue to be stored in student files as required by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.

-       Data will be entered by the department chair.

Data Analysis and Reporting

-       Data will be analyzed by the department staff, physician advisor, adjunct instructors, and the department’s advisory committee.

-       Data analysis will be conveyed to adjunct faculty during bi-annual meetings with adjunct instructors.

Decision Making and Program Change Based on Data
