on past reporting and student surveys, the CFWD will research adding
Introduction to Microsoft Access to the Essential Skills Certificate.
Projected
improvements for this category will be to mainstream data analysis by holding
two formal meetings at the beginning and end of the seven week class sessions.
CFWD staff and the class instructors will be present at the meetings to discuss
pre and post test results.

Making and Program Change Based on Data
Improvement
to data reporting techniques will allow for expedited program changes. Through
formal meetings, student and teacher feedback, and CFWD staff discussions, any
change requests will be reported in an expedited manner to the director and the
