Hours of Operation

Our HelpDesk staff wil be available:
  • Monday-Thursday.......8:00 am- 7:00 pm
  • Friday........................8:00 am- 5:00 pm

Services Offered

The HelpDesk will provide a variety of services:
  • Create Accounts and reset passwords for both faculty and students
  • Troubleshoot account problems
  • Set up email accounts for adjunct faculty
  • Set up voicemail accounts and reset voicemail passwords for adjunct faculty
  • Address general system login issues
  • Provide basic telephone troubleshooting/support for classrom technology
  • HelpDesk staff will forward issues that cannot easily be resolved to the IT department via the Work Order system.

  • The above information must be submitted by a CCA Employee who has verified the user's identity. We cannot honor requests for password resets from a student's personal email account as we are unable to verify the identity of the requester.
