CCA Foundation Launches New Scholarship Initiative
Community College of Aurora Foundation Executive Director Gene Sobczak announced on March 19 the formation of the CCA Foundation Concurrent Enrollment Scholarship Program to benefit college-bound students from Aurora Public Schools (APS) and the Cherry Creek School District (CCSD). The initiative is designed to support APS and CCSD students who are taking college classes at CCA while still enrolled in high school and plan to continue their college career at CCA following graduation.
Just $2,500 funds 25% of an education at CCA
With the support of individuals, businesses, and community partners, the CCA Foundation hopes to fund 100 full-semester scholarships for the new Concurrent Enrollment Scholarship Program. These scholarships will fund 25% of a student's education while they are at CCA.
