FACULTY IN-SERVICE RSVP FORM

Faculty In-service will be held on the CentreTech campus on Tuesday, November 24, 8:15 am – 3:00 pm.  This year’s in-service will have one session on multigenerational issues in the classroom and one session on virtual reality and simulation. 
Attendance is mandatory for regular faculty.  Adjuncts are encouraged to attend and will be paid $16/hour for attending (six hour attendance = $96).

Use the form below to register.  Registration were due on November 10.

CentreTech campus, Fine Arts building, Forum (F-100)
Food will be served in the Fine Arts lobby.

  in the  department (choose primary if you belong to more than one).

3. Breakfast and lunch will be served. Please indicate your food preferences:

Vegan (No animal products)
 Vegetarian (No meat. Eggs/dairy products ok)
 No special dietary restrictions
