Do you know an outstanding Community College of Aurora Alumni you would like to recognize?  

The CCA Alumni Association is looking for its first Outstanding Alumni Award Recipient.

The nominee must exhibit outstanding achievement and/or service to the Aurora community. 

In your nomination, please address the items listed below. Any additional information or documentation you would like to send to support your nomination is welcome, e.g., articles, biographical sketches, resumes, etc. 

1    Your Name, address, day and evening phone numbers, and Name, phone number, and email address of nominee. 

2.   Nominee’s educational background. Please include Nominee’s year of graduation from CCA. 

3.   You may include information on Nominee’s pertinent professional and volunteer positions held, committees, projects and activities. 

4.   Description of the nominee's character and commitment as it relates to this award. 

5.    Nominators should encourage other individuals to write letters in support of their nomination.
