The following files are master syllabus templates for all department offered courses. The files are presented in Microsoft Word .doc format and may be downloaded and edited to form an individual course's working syllabus. Instructors may modify these master syllabi as necessary for their individual courses, but are encouraged not to remove any of the sections presented within the template, as it represents what the department considers the minimum necessary amount of information for a good working syllabus. If possible, we would also appreciate it if instructors could keep the basic form of the syllabus intact, so that students who have taken one math course will already be familiar with the format of any successively taken course's syllabi.
