Transcripts and Grades
There are two ways to order your Official Transcripts from the Community College of Aurora – Online or by downloading our Official Transcript Request form.
To
order online:
If any of your courses were taken in the summer of 1996 or later,
you can access the online Student Records section of 
(MyCommunity
Education) using your student ID and 6-digit PIN. If you have academic records prior to summer of 1996,
they will not appear in the system but we will send them with your transcript request.
If you need help with your ED Student ID number or password, call the
Enrollment Services office at 303-360-4797.
To order using the paper form:
Fax the completed request to 303-360-4741, drop the request off in person at
the CentreTech Campus Enrollment Services Office or mail the request to:
Community College of Aurora All transcript requests will be processed
within three business days of receipt of the request. If you
have any questions, please contact our Transcript Office at 303 361-7409.
All students can request their Official Transcripts by downloading
and submitting the
paper request form.
Former students who have taken no classes since summer of 1996
must use this form. There is no charge for transcripts.
