COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

This course will study the legal definitions of crime, purposes and functions of the laws, and historical perspectives, foundations and limits of criminal law.

 

HYBRID DESCRIPTION:

 

Hybrid courses offer the convenience of an Internet course with the opportunity to meet face to face with the instructor and classmates.  Although all of the work can be done through the internet, scheduled meeting times will be published for each course.  There may be mandatory onsite meetings for some courses to take midterm or final examinations.
