COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Explores the complete set of web authoring skills

using HTML and/or other scripting languages.

Includes links, backgrounds, controlling text and

graphic placement, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), tables, image maps, frames,

and forms.

HYBRID DESCRIPTION:

Hybrid courses offer the convenience of an Internet course with the opportunity to meet face to face with the instructor and classmates.  Although all of the work can be done through the internet, scheduled meeting times will be published for each course.  There may be mandatory onsite meetings for some courses to take midterm or final examinations.

If you plan to complete assignments in the classroom, a jump drive with a minimum capacity of 32 MB, is required to save student data files and for backup purposes.   You will need to download the student data files from the www.course.com web site.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

Please become VERY comfortable with working in

Start by printing out a copy of the course syllabus and calendar posted under the Course Content tab and reading Tutorial 1 in the text book.
