COURSE DESCRIPTION: |

CIS 118: This course introduces computer concepts and components, as well as coverage of application-suite software and the Internet. It also includes descriptions of and hands-on experiences with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, operating environments and other common PC application packages.
CIS 161: Focuses on the development of presentation graphics materials including graphs, charts, illustrations, and diagrams. It also emphasizes effective communication through computerized presentations and covers features of PowerPoint and effective presentation techniques
