Procedural Criminal Law

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

This course will study the Constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest, search and seizure and other procedures affecting and guiding the justice field. Analysis of criminal cases will also be done from the arrest through the final appeal.
