COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

Prerequisite:  Appropriate Assessment Score.  Emphasizes the planning, writing, and revising of compositions, including the development of critical and logical thinking skills.  Includes a minimum of five compositions that stress analytical, evaluative and persuasive/argumentative writing.  This course is required for graduation with A.A. and A.S. degrees and provides transfer credit.

Welcome to English 121.  In this class, you will be learning to write a variety of different genres.  Most of your composing will be done through the online composing space offered through MyCompLab.  So, to get started, use your access code which comes with your text to join my class.
