COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

Introduces the background needed to understand

telephony products and services in the

telecommunication industry. Includes hardware and

devices, transmission characteristics and codes,

network configurations, software and protocols.

Prerequisite: Successful completion of CNG

101 (grade C or higher).
