COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

This course surveys the roles, experiences, and contributions of women in world history and explores ways in which women’s history modifies the traditional interpretations of historical events.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

 

1. When you first log in do a browser check to make sure your hardware/software combination is totally compatible with BBVista. 

2.  Click on the folder that says “syllabus” to look over required assignments and become familiar with due dates, etc.

3.  Take the time to look over the web links, required assignments, mail, and become familiar with the course before assignments are due.

Assignments for this course include the following: weekly threaded discussions based on weekly reading assignments.  There are also two movie analyses and a short essay assignment that will be required during the semester.    Assignments are due every Sunday by midnight.
