COURSE DESCRIPTION:

 

Studies the principles and techniques of managing and motivating personnel. Designed for the student who is interested in supervising others or for those presently in supervision. Course content focuses on human interaction in supervision.

HOW TO GET STARTED:

 

Log into the Blackboard Vista course website to become familiar with the layout. Review the orientation guide if necessary. Complete the Getting Started assignment.

We will cover 4 chapters every two weeks. In the first week the student there will be a reading and homework assignment. There will be a quiz the second week. A term paper will be due at the end of the semester.
