V.A. Vocational Rehabilitation

Directions

  • Read the Veterans Information Sheet.
     
  • Print, complete and sign the Veterans Intake Sheet.
     
  • Visit with the Veterans' Advisor to discuss which academic program you wish to pursue and to get an acceptance letter from CCA.
     
  • Take the acceptance letter and the program description to your Voc Rehab counselor OR contact Sarah Jensen, the VA Vocational Rehabilitation Case Manager directly at (303) 914-5545. Once Sarah evaluations your circumstances and academic goals, she will forward a list of eligible veterans to the school.

    ONCE YOU ARE ON THE LIST:
     
  • Meet with the VA Advisor to select classes and to get vouchers for tuition and books.

  1. Take the voucher for tuition to the Cashier's Office (Room A204B). As VA is billed directly, you will not have to pay anything. You are encouraged to register early to hold your seat in classes without payment. 
     

  2. Take the voucher for books to the bookstore and pick up your textbooks. You also are allotted $50.00 per semester for supplies. As VA is billed directly, you will not have to pay anything.
