Film Terms and Film Resource Guide

This glossary is intended to be supplemental to a film production course. It is a glossary of the nomenclature of filmmaking." It includes a glossary of terms, an alphabetical and subject index, and a bibliography. Created by Joel Chlemowitz, an independent filmmaker who has made over 40 experimental films with grants from Jerome Foundation and New York State Council on the Arts. His work has been shown at the Whitney Museum of American Art, MoMA, Anthology Film Archives, Millennium Film Workshop, Berks Filmmakers, and at various festivals including the London Film Festival, the Sydney Film Festival, and the Denver Film Festival.
