Beck Recreation Center

The Community College of Aurora has teamed up with the City of Aurora's Beck Recreation center to bring you a unique opportunity for fitness and recreation. Activities available by punch card admission are: drop-in fitness classes, drop-in Total Fit weight classes, weightlifting, lap or recreational swimming, use of hot tub, and drop-in basketball or volleyball. Pick up a Beck recreation Schedule and passes at the recreation center located east on 6th Avenue past Airport Road.

Mental Health Referral

Becoming a student can often add more stress to an already busy life style. If you find that personal problems are interfering with your education, CCA's referral program can help you find the help you need. CCA has contracted with a local counseling center to provide 1 free problem solving session and reduced rates for group sessions for CCA students. First Aid

Basic first aid is available in the Campus Safety office, located in Room A101, just inside the entrance to the Administration building. If you require first aid, notify an instructor or staff person in any office and they will call the Safety Officer for you.

CCA students living in Denver may receive services at the Lowry Health Clinic.  For information on hours and payment options, contact the Lowry Health Clinic at 303-436-4545.

Student Insurance

Students are responsible for their own health insurance coverage, both on and off campus. You can obtain insurance information at the Admissions Office, A-102 or the Office of Student Life, Student Centre, S-101.

All International Students are required to have full health insurance, proof of coverage before enrolling for fall semester.
