HIS 243 History of Modern China (GT-HI1)

This course traces the political, ideological, economic, religious, social, and cultural developments of modern China from the Qing dynasty through the political and economic revolutions of the 20th century.
Prerequisites: Successful completion of CCR 092 (grade C or higher) or equivalent assessment score (SS 70+, RC: 62+).
Course Note: This is a statewide guaranteed transfer course.
