Our Financial Aid Advisors are available for In-Person Service at both Financial Aid office locations. Our office is open from 8 am to 5 pm, Mondays through Thursdays. You can schedule a Navigate appointment to meet with one of the Financial Aid Advisors at CentreTech or Lowry campus. Still you can email us, call us, schedule a virtual Navigate appointment or join us via Zoom using the information below.

Disbursement of Financial Aid: First disbursement of the Spring 2021 semester occurred Monday, February 8. On this day, Financial Aid awards were released and applied towards student account balances. If there is enough accepted aid to pay the balance in full, any excess financial aid will generate a refund.

Refunds: Refunds are processed by the Cashier’s Office, and are generated after a student’s account balance has been paid in full, if there is excess funding still available. The CCA Financial Aid Office is dedicated to providing support to students and their families in meeting the costs of a college education. The Community College of Aurora participates in a wide variety of federal, state, and private financial aid programs, including Federal Pell Grants, student loans, and work study.
