Children ages 0-18 whose household income is 142% or less of the Federal poverty Level (FPL), pregnant women with a household income of 195% or below the FPL, adults whose household income is at or below 133% of the FPL.
Must be a Colorado resident, and where applicable, have held an Alien Registration number for at least 5 years (or refugee/asylee).

Connect AuroraWe are a non-profit organization that provides free, personalized assistance on healthcare coverage applications to those in the Aurora community. Connect Aurora is the online presence of the Aurora Coverage Assistance Network (ACAN), a group of organizations working collaboratively to assist in obtaining health coverage. ACAN is comprised of five agencies: the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), Metro Community Providers (MCPN), Asian Pacific Development Center (APDC), Colorado African Organization (CAO), and the Aurora Mental Health Center (AuMHC). Additionally, ACAN has partnerships with the Small Business Majority and Aurora Community Connections (ACC). Connect Aurora is a certified coverage assistance site. We can assist individuals, families, and businesses.
