Hours of Operation
Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 7:00pm
Friday and Saturday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Note: Calls placed outside of these hours will be directed to our 24 hour support service, which has limited service capabilities.

We provide a variety of services:

Password Resets

  • MyCCA logins
  • College email accounts
  • Windows and Mac computer logins

Software Support for College Computers

  • Microsoft Office
  • Internet Explorer, Firefox
  • Adobe products
  • Citrix support

Hardware Support for College Computers

  • Network issues
  • Monitor/Projectors
  • Desktops/Laptops
  • Printers/Copy Machines

Support for College Issued Equipment

  • Cell Phones
  • IPAD’s
  • Laptops
  • Troubleshooting / remote support for classroom technology issues

Any issues that cannot be resolved by our Helpdesk staff will be escalated to our IT Staff for resolution via our work order system.
