Goal 1: Assess and evaluate the practices, policies, curriculum, student learning and program outcomes, and campus attitudes and experiences for equity and inclusion.
Goal 2: Student Involvement in the IE Process: Intentional in elevating the student voice, creating more inclusive student physical spaces, creating and maintaining direct IE programming, providing educational IE resources, and mentoring opportunities for students.
Goal 3: Establish and expand resources to support IE at CCA.
Goal 4: Create and maintain training for students, faculty, and staff as well as support individual departments in IE trianing that meet the needs of their specific disciplines and/or services.
Goal 5: Create inclusive hiring and onboarding practices, offer IE professional development opportunities and require an IE goal in every performance plan.
