Our Spring 2019 Fox Visit Day season has ended. We will still conduct campus visits by request if our team is available. Please list the dates you would be interested in coming to visit below. A staff member will get back to you within 3-5 business days to officially confirm your date or discuss other options.
Fox Visit Days are campus visits designed for high school student groups, transfer students or local community groups of eight or more people. The program includes an information session hosted by a CCA Recruitment and Orientation representative and a campus tour.
While we always enjoy hosting student groups on campus, we do have a few considerations to be aware of as you make your reservation:
If your group is interested in eating lunch at the Community College of Aurora, please mark “yes” on your reservation form. Groups will be provided with pizza and beverages. A staff member will contact you a few days before your event to confirm the number of students and chaperones attending. Failure to provide an accurate RSVP count may result in the cancellation of future Fox Visit Day opportunities. *Meals will only be provided for high school or older age groups. Elementary and middle school groups should plan to bring their own food*
Fill out the form completely and submit.
Please do not register for more than one date unless you are planning on multiple group visits. If you have already submitted the form and would like to change the date call the Center for Recruitment & Orientation at 303-360-4766. If you wish to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us 24 hours in advance. We cannot guarantee your new visit date will be in the same semester due to potential scheduling conflicts.
Please note: submitting a registration request does not guarantee availability. Submit your request at least three weeks prior to your intended visit for groups of less than 50, and at least six weeks in advance for groups of 50 or more. You will receive a response within five business days.
