The Community College of Aurora Foundation has announced the establishment of the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship at the college, awarding $1,000 per semester, or $2,000 annually, for up to five students each year.
Eligible students must be enrolled at the Community College of Aurora for a minimum of 12 credit hours per semester and must have a grade point average of 3.5. Preference will be given to students who are active Phi Theta Kappa members at the college.
Phi Theta Kappa is the largest honor society in higher education, serving 1,250 two-year colleges around the world and offering exclusive programs and benefits for members that contribute to a dynamic, multi-dimensional college experience. CCA offers a well-established PTK chapter for eligible students right on campus.
