Q&A Zoom Sessions: Get Any Questions You Have About Registration, Financial Aid, and Paying For College Answered

Do you have questions about the Community College of Aurora? How to register for classes? What classes you should take? How to apply for financial aid? How to pay for college? CCA has you covered with our Q&A Zoom sessions. 
The following departments will be available to answer your questions:

  • Admissions, Registration, and Records
  • Cashier’s Office
  • Center for Recruitment and Orientation
  • Financial Aid
  • Pathway Advising

Click on the button below to join a Zoom session. A college representative will greet you and put you in contact with the department you need to talk to. If you need to talk to several departments, no worries! After you’re done talking to one department, just ask to talk to another department and you will be connected.

How Each Department Can Assist You:

Admissions, Registration, and Records (ARR)
The ARR team can help you with your application, correct or update your account information, assist with your College Opportunity Fund account, tuition residency determination, transfer credits to CCA, register for classes, complete your graduation application, process your request for official transcripts, and so much more.
Cashier’s Office
The Cashier’s Office can help you with NBS Payment Plans, activate a Bank Mobile Refund Card, billing and tuition, third-party payments, and other questions pertaining to your student account balances.
Center for Recruitment and Orientation
New student at CCA? Chat with the Center for Recruitment and Orientation to learn more about CCA and everything it has to offer to make your college experience an enjoyable and successful one.
Financial Aid
Financial Aid can help you complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form, better understand financial aid documents, and make the best decisions possible when it comes to paying for college.  
Pathway Advising
Registration is open, for assistance registering, or if you have anything preventing you from registering, please see your Advisor.
