Duties/Responsibilities:
Seek out opportunities for community/social integration Help consumers plan and prepare their choices of fun events and outings Assisting with self care- dressing, bathing or showering, brushing teeth, toileting, shaving Medication Administration Meal Preparation/Planning Transpiration of consumers Follow individual service plans Other duties as assigned
Requirements (Education, Skills Experience):
18 years of age
Acceptable Background Character Verification
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record for consumer transport
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to twist, turn, squat, bend, reach, pull, push from high/low position, raise arms above shoulder, walk, sit (chair and floor), climb stairs, and use hands and fingers
Communicate basic English Basic reading, writing, and internet navigation skills
Must be willing to travel up to 2 hours of residence (mileage reimbursement after 30 minutes of residence)
2+ years of experience in residential services required

This person will contribute to our success by ensuring the highest level of guest services.  Satisfaction is maintained by serving internal and external guests in a professional, accurate, and timely manner.
Enjoy 3 days off each week with a 4/10 work schedule! $14.25 base pay + shift differential + tips (average hourly pay including tips ~ $20).  Monarch is looking for friendly, enthusiastic Cage Bankers!  Training provided.
     Handles many of the major gaming transactions in the casino.
     Oversees the daily operations of the Main Bank
     Process documentation based on I.C.M.P.s, Colorado Division of Gaming and Title 31 regulations
     Receives, secures, balances, handles, counts, reconciles, and distributes large sum of money publically and accurately during scheduled shift.
     Processes documentation based on current gaming regulations and department procedures.
     Check guests for proper identification.
     May be required to perform some  duties of a Cage  Supervisor in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager
     May be required to perform some duties of a Cage Cashier in the absence of cashiers
Requirements (Education, Skills Experience):
     Must be at least 21 years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
     1-2 years prior cash handling or cashier experience required
     1-2 years prior guest service experience required
     1 year prior supervisory experience preferred
     Ability to use a 10-key proficiently
     Ability to work in high volume, sometimes loud and ever changing environment
     Basic to intermediate computer knowledge
     Must possess excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to deal with guests.
     Ability to speak and write English.
     Ability to communicate information through spoken words and sentences that others will understand
     Ability to read and understand information and instructions presented in writing.
     Strong general mathematical skills
     Must be able to stand for duration of shift.
     Must be able to bend, stoop and continuously use hands.
     Ability to push and pull up to 25lbs pounds and occasionally up to 45lbs
     Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays when needed.
     Successfully pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Description
Assembles payroll packages for delivery and performs other fulfillment-related tasks.
◾Assembles payroll packages according to client number and prepares for delivery to clients in order to meet quality and production time line expectations. Packages include journals, summaries, time sheets, tax notices, checks and miscellaneous reports.
◾Operates various types of office equipment (mail metering, shipping PC's, insertion equipment, etc.) to ensure timely processing of payrolls or client packages.
◾Coordinates and performs timely daily posting of mail and overnight labels to schedules.
◾Completes all package confirmations and checklists in order to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location.
◾Complies with all security and audit procedures as required by procedures and policy in order to protect client information.
◾Records and escalates issues to appropriate parties to ensure that output is not missing or incorrect.
◾Maintains readiness of all distribution equipment including regular cleaning and user maintenance, and coordinates vendor maintenance when required in order to meet production requirements.
◾Stages packaging supplies as necessary in order to maintain production readiness.
Performs other duties as assigned, including inventory, assembling quarterly packages, and may include back-up computer operations.
◾Flexible work hours: Thursday & Friday 10:00 am - 6:30 pm. May required an additional day depending on the needs of the business

• Ensure timely reporting of train crew activities in TMS (RMI), including interchanges, train arrival, and departures
• Provide daily work orders to field crews
• Work closely with Class 1s, short line, and switch roads to ensure timely and accurate delivery of customer cars (billing, diversion, etc.)
• Act as the liaison between field and rail customer regarding changes in scheduled services
• Assist customers with billing and traffic specific inquiries
• Communicate specific rail customer requests to local operations staff
• Ensure HAZMAT railcars are billed properly and are in compliance with current DOT regulations
• Escalate issues beyond the scope of expertise to Customer Service Center shift supervisor
• Handle incoming emergency calls and respond with appropriate action
• Notify rail customers of incidents, business impacts and resolutions
• Process customer requests including BOLs, releases, and switch requests
• Professionally interact with railroad operations/customer service teams on local service issues
• Trace railcars on and off OmniTRAX roads for customers
• Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of applicable customer service experience where the success of the position relied on accurately receiving, inputting, interpreting and utilizing data to make sound decisions in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work any 8 hour shift as this is a 20/7 center, hours of operation are 0200-2200
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
