Accounting is often called the language of business and is a method of recording, classifying, reporting, and examining financial data. Every business requires a system to maintain and track financial transactions and budgets. As accounting and reporting guidelines have become stricter in the U.S. due to corporate scandals the demand for accountants has only increased. Few careers offer the flexibility, opportunities, and challenges that accounting brings.
