COLORADO REAL ESTATE BROKER PROGRAM
CCA offers a certificate program in real estate that when completed allows students to sit for the Colorado Real Estate Associate Broker Examination. With successful completion of the course, examination, and background check, graduates can buy and sell property themselves, or align themselves with a real estate firm. The program provides a strong background on the real estate industry and contains the necessary information students need to know to pass on the exam. Topics include: real estate law and practices, Colorado contracts and regulations, real estate closings, trust accounts and record keeping, current legal issues, practical applications, and more. Instructors are licensed real estate brokers with vocational teaching credentials.
