How to best prepare yourself for a seamless vaccination experience

  • Please bring photo ID and medical insurance card. Neither photo ID or medical insurance are required to register or receive the vaccination.
  • If you are 12-17 y/o, you will need to have a parent or guardian with you, with their photo ID, in order to get vaccinated.
  • Please eat something and drink some fluids prior to arrival for your vaccination.
  • Wear a t-shirt or top that doesn’t make you have to remove clothing in order to expose the top portion of your arm for vaccination.
  • Take some nice slow deep breaths. Everything is going to be ok. Our medical care team is equipped and able to answer your questions and to handle emergencies.

Information about your 2nd Dose of Pfizer

  • You will receive your 2nd Dose of Pfizer on June 4, 2021 at the same time and location if you received your first dose on May 14th.
  • You may very well experience a sore arm and other side effects after your first dose of the COVID Vaccine. This is a sign that your immune system is doing what it is supposed to be doing: building an immune response.
  • Any symptoms that you experienced after Dose 1 should not deter you from getting your 2nd Dose on June 4.
  • If you got your first Pfizer vaccine from STRIDE on May 14th, you are automatically scheduled for your 2nd Dose of Pfizer, same time, and same place on June 4th. We hope this will make getting the 2nd dose of your vaccine easy, and this is what is needed for you to experience the full impact of vaccination.
