Interlibrary Loans Policies & Procedures
Items that are received from another library are called interlibrary loans. As a CCA student, faculty, or staff member, you can use the Loan and Article request forms to request an interlibrary loan.
The time that it takes for you to receive your item depends on the availability of the item and where it is coming from. Physical items can take anywhere from 3 days to two weeks to arrive, so please plan accordingly.
Renewing Interlibrary Loans:
Renewals are made on a case-by-case basis; not all lending libraries grant renewals. We are happy to request an extension for you, just give us a call at 303.360.4736 or stop by the LRC.
Picking up and returning Interlibrary Loans:
You will receive an email when your item is available fore pickup. Please pickup and return it to the LRC.
You can request books, dvd's and more using Aurora Public Library and pick them up from THE LOCKER, located in the Student Centre cafe. Search the catalog at auroralibrary.org
