CCA Summer COVID-19 Grant funds available for eligible students for summer semester. Apply for the grant.
For the summer 2020 semester, all classes at CCA will be online. If you've never considered yourself an "online student" kind of person, not to worry — we're going to get through this together. We completely understand that online learning and face-to-face learning feel pretty different, but what won’t be different this summer is our support for you. You’ll still be able to speak with your advisor. You’ll still be able to get the tutoring you need. There are scholarships available to help defray your tuition costs. Bottom line: We don’t think you have to get by in these unique and challenging times; we think you can thrive. And everyone at CCA is going to do everything we can to ensure that you do.
New to CCA? Apply now! It’s FREE!
Will all summer 2020 classes be online?
Yes. All the same classes – just online. We want you to receive high-quality instruction at CCA, and we want you to receive it in a way that won’t jeopardize your health and safety.
Will administrative and student support service offices be open this summer?
As of right now there is no building access for students and employees. We will inform you if that situation changes.
How do I purchase textbooks?
The campus bookstore is closed on the CentreTech campus but you can order your textbooks online at www.bkstr.com/ccofaurorastore. The bookstore is offering FREE ground shipping on all orders.
Will fall 2020 classes be online?
It’s our hope that fall 2020 classes will be back to normal – face-to-face and online. We will be monitoring the COVID-19 situation and state policies and will make a decision at a later date. We will email and text you with any important information about fall classes.
How much will online classes cost?
Before the College Opportunity Fund (COF) stipend is applied, online classes cost $357.20 per credit while in-person classes cost $242.90 (a $114.30 difference). CCA has secured Summer COVID-19 Grant funds to help eligible students cover the cost difference between online and in-person classes.
